Meltech, Inc. relied on MidAtlantic Photographic LLC before constrution of the Howard Duckett Dam intake modifications. Clark Construction Company called on MAP LLC over a 4 year time period to document pre-construction of various additions to the Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant in Howard County, Maryland. Johnston Construction relied on MAP LLC to document existing conditions of Pumping Stations prior to demolition or modifications.
Pre-construction Photo Documentation
Progress Photo Documentation
Progress Photo Documentation continues during construction to capture the dynamic nature of the project and to inform all stakeholders of the conditions on the ground. Progress photography takes place typically on a monthly basis, however, the owner can specify any time schedule as needed. Aerial or drone photography and video is often used to capture large scale projects.
Final Construction Photography
Final Construction photography, sometimes called “Resume” photos, provides an important visual record of the project, focusing often on restoration of the project and mitigating statute of repose issues.
