One Light Street Tower is being developed by Madison Marquette as a mixed use tower offering views of the Inner Harbor and downtown Baltimore. Luxury apartments, Class A office space and retail will be housed in this beautiful glass clad tower.
We were hired by Sunrise Safety Services to photograph their traffic safety management of what we can only assume to be one of the most complicated urban work sites. For 5 days, parts of Baltimore’s busy downtown streets were blocked so that cranes could safely do their work. On the day we photographed this work site, Maxim Crane Works was moving their heavy cranes out of the work site, opening up traffic once again.
We took the opportunity to not only photograph the fantastic work by Sunrise Safety Services to keep everyone on this downtown job site safe, but to also create images of the amazing cranes reflected in the buildings.
Developed by Madison Marquette and constructed by Donohoe Construction, One Light Street will offer below grade parking, retail, a fitness center, rooftop pool and lounge as well as, 280 luxury apartments and 9 levels of office space. M&T Bank will anchor 1 Light Street with six levels of office space and a new bank branch at Redwood and Light Streets.
