How does a Construction Company market itself?

Video and Still Photos of installation of a high visibility automated traffic control gate on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
Photo and Video Coverage brings a project to life
Promote what you do by showing how you do it! MidAtlantic Photographic LLC was tasked with filming a marketing video. RoadSafe and Aldridge Electric assembled an automated gate system. This high visibility traffic control gate manufactured by Versilis manages traffic flow on the ever busy Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland.
Goal: Video Demonstration of product installation
MidAtlantic Photograpic LLC videotaped installation of one gate over a two day time frame. Still photography was shot at the same time. The post-produced video combined video and still photos to create a commercial that can be used to solicit future business. In a few minutes, potential customers understand how the gates will be used and the process of assembly and installation. Take a look at the 60 second installation video featuring still photos and video of one gate.
Planning: Pre-Planning and Discovery
MidAtlantic Photographic LLC was referred to this project’s general manager from past construction clients. Via email conversations, we identified the scope of photography and submitted a proposal. We felt a half day photo shoot with two photographers, one shooting still photos and the other filming video, would capture the installation of one or several complete gates. A snag in construction of some the delivered materials prevented the completion of the gate we were filming. We returned a few days later to complete the job. Immediately after the last photo shoot, we began work on post-production of a video combining stills and film. All still photography, film clips and post-produced marketing and branding video was delivered within a week to the general manager.
